Individual portable altitude systems are designed to simulate desire altitude in the comfort of a user’s home, in club or even in sport preparations, especially at sea-level, where athletes can easily use the most popular altitude training metod “TRAIN-LOW, SLEEP HIGH” and can take advantage of the positive properties of both worlds, the lowlands and the altitude.

Portable altitude training system consist of altitude generator (hypoxic – hyperoxic), which is actually two generators in one, and in addition to altitude simulation – altitude training also allows the use of oxygen – oxygen therapy or oxygen training and accessories that determine the type of altitude training or oxygen training: Altitude Sleeping, Altitude Exercise, IHT – Intermittent Hypoxic Training, Oxygen Therapy or EOWT- Exercise with Oxygen Therapy.

FLIGHT CASE FOR GENERATOR

The generator flight case is intended for the safe transport of the generator. It is recommended for all users who frequently transport the system or they run the altitude training business and frequently change the working location. The flight case is made of aluminum-steel frame with highly resistant plywood with PVC coating. The case has wheels for easier and more convenient manipulation and reliable butterfly closures. The case is intended only for the transport of the generator and it is necessary to remove it before the use of the generator.

ALTITUDE TENTS

The standard altitude tent is made of inflatable structure and has no bars, such as conventional altitude tents. Inflatable tents are more robust, and their use and layout are simple and quick.

The tent has the shape of a tunnel with dimensions: 200 x 150 x 150 cm. Included with the tent is the air pump, carrying bag and instructions for proper use of the altitude tent. On request, an inflatable mattress is also available that fits perfectly with the tent.

The tent is meant to be used with generator EO2 Contrast  and it’s  sold as a part of the altitude training sets. We do not sell tents out of sets.

PULSE OXIMETERS

A pulse oximeter allows for real-time monitoring of training results. It measures a saturation – the percentage of oxygen in the blood (% SPO2) and is the most important parameter in simulated altitude training. Blood oxygen saturation is an indicator of how the user responds to altitude, how effective the altitude training is, how he adapts to the certain altitude, and how effective regeneration is after altitude training or after exercise in general. Under normal conditions, the percentage of saturation in a healthy user is between 99-95%.

The pulse oximeter measures the saturation in a completely painless way, using an infrared light that illuminates the root of the nail and thus detects various fluctuations caused by the blood flow.

Pulse oximeter is used in Altitude Sleeping, Altitude Training, EWOT- Exercise With Oxygen Therapy, Contrast Training, IHHT-Intermittent Hypoxic Hyperoxic Training and IHT-Intermittent Hypoxic Training.

The oxygen monitor is used to accurately measure the percentage of oxygen in the hypoxic air. It is used at Altitude Hypoxic Sleeping and Altitude Exercise. Oxygen monitor is user friendly, reliable and flexible. It is small and lightweight, designed by Nitrox divers, who  have over 25 years experience in a hypoxic environment. Splashproof, Auto switch off battery saving. The calibration button enables very simple and reliable calibration. The battery is interchangeable, as well as a sensor. Sensor has a lifetime, after removing the packaging, usually 2 years. The sensor is always active even when the monitor is not used.

HEPA FILTER

Description

The Hepa filter is used for Altitude Sleeping, Altitude Exercise, Contrast Training, IHT – Intermittent Hypoxic Training, IHHT – Intermittent Hypoxic Hyperoxic Training and EWOT – Exercise with Oxygen Therapy.

The use and regular replacement of the hepa filter is very important because, on the one hand it protects the user and ensures him completely clean air free of allergens and dirty particles and on the other hand regular changing of the hepa filter keeps the lifetime of the generators. In case of irregular filter changing, hepa filter can block the generator’s air flow and this can result in serious damage of the altitude module, even irreparable. The altitude modul is very important and expensive part of the generator so the regular changing of hepa filter is crucial for a good, longlasting generator operation.

The Hepa Filter should be changed for at least 6 months or earlier if  the air in the room where the generator is installed is more saturated with particles (dust from central heating, pollen,…) or if there is an increased resistance or reduced air flow from the generator. The hepa filter is intended for the same user; in case of user changing, it is necessary to replace also the hepa filter. 

How to use it

Altitude Sleeping – the filter is attached at the end of the hose that is placed in the tent; the arrow on the hepa filter shows the opposite direction of the air flow from the generator, so pointing to the generator.
Training with mask (Altitude Exercise, Intermittent Hypoxic Training, Intermittent Hypoxic Hyperoxic Training, Contrast Training, Exercise with Oxygen Therapy ) – the filter is attached together with a mask set between the last two hoses before the mask.

The filter must be changed after each use, except for the same user at the latest within 7 days if the flow is not obstructed. The filter is intended for only one user.
